Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between E Sangdan Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and users regarding the use of the Yeobaekgongbang (MyScape) service (“Service”).
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service” means the MyScape app and all related features provided by the Company.
- “User” means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
- “Subscription” means a recurring or time-based access right purchased via in-app purchase.
- “Content” means sounds, images, text, UI, and other materials provided through the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Changes)
These Terms become effective when posted within the Service or otherwise made available to users. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable laws and will announce the effective date and reasons in advance.
Article 4 (Provision and Use)
- The Service provides features such as soundscape playback and saving settings.
- Some features may be available only to subscribed users.
- The Service may be provided without a sign-up process, and features may change per operational policy.
Article 5 (In-App Purchase/Subscription, Payment, Refunds)
The Service may be offered via subscription through in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and payment method details (e.g., card numbers) are managed by those stores, not by the Company.
- Auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund policies follow the applicable store policies and user account settings.
- You can cancel your subscription in your store account settings; access may remain until the end of the paid period.
- Refund requests are generally handled through the store’s refund procedures.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and Service guidelines.
- Users must not use the Service for unlawful or improper purposes (infringement, copying, reverse engineering, abusive automation, etc.).
- Users must not infringe third-party rights.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
Intellectual property rights in the Service and Content belong to the Company or the rightful owners. Users may use Content only within the scope of Service use and may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works without prior written consent from the Company.
Article 8 (Changes, Suspension)
The Company may change all or part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons. Service may be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable reasons such as disasters, failures, maintenance, or policy changes by carriers/stores.
We will endeavor to provide prior notice when reasonably possible.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company may limit liability to the extent permitted by law for free services.
- The Company is not responsible for service issues caused by the user.
- The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Service.
- The Company may limit liability for issues caused by external factors (stores, networks) to the extent permitted by law.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Disputes)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, the competent court at the Company’s principal place of business may have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Addendum) These Terms are effective as of February 9, 2026.
